We sailed 25nm north of La Paz to explore Isla Partida.

We made a pitstop for a few days to do some birding in the estuary and explore the beautiful shell beach.

We had an excellent 2 night downwind sail to Bahia Santa Maria...except for the squid family that tried to hijack the boat.

We sailed overnight about 80 nm and anchored in a cool spot with old volcano cones.

We made THE BIG LEFT down the west coast of the US toward Mexico. It was our first overnight sail and first multiway offshore passage!

We crossed from Canada back into the US and were greeted by dolphins! We also had our first close encounter with humpback whales.
