We left La Paz for the last time and began making our way north up the Sea of Cortez.

We wrap up our adventure with Jeff and Whitney by exploring Isla Partida before heading back to La Paz.

Jeff and Whitney continue the Mexico adventure aboard Lunar Bird and we explore snorkeling in the Sea of Cortez.

We met our son Jeff and his wife Whitney in San Jose del Cabo and drove back to La Paz for a few weeks of adventure on Lunar Bird.

After 3 months of just the 2 of us exploring Mexico on our own, it was fabulous to have Mom and Rick meet us in La Paz!

We had a blast exploring La Paz over Christmas and even took a PADI open water dive course.

We finally made it to the southernmost tip of the Baja Peninsula and made a brief pitstop in Cabo San Lucas.

We made a pitstop for a few days to do some birding in the estuary and explore the beautiful shell beach.

Woot Woot...We're half way! Bahia Tortuga (Turtle Bay) was VERY fun because of all the pelican and sea lion activity.

We visited friends and family in our last US port, San Diego. Now...Mexico bound!
